All Creatures Pet Hospital Springfield is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care.

We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas.

At All Creatures Pet Hospital Springfield we strive to offer not only sound advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy.

Dr. Lance Blackburn

Dr. Blackburn is a native of Springfield, MO, attended Hillcrest High School and has lived in Springfield all but 7 years of his life. He worked for 3 years in Henderson, NV at Black Mountain Animal Hospital. He was happy to return to Springfield in 1992 joining this practice formerly called Bennett Pet Hospital. Upon purchasing the practice in 1996, Dr. Blackburn changed the practice name to All Creatures Pet Hospital.

Dr. Blackburn enjoys cycling, hiking, and outdoor activities in general.

Anna Antley

Anna was born and raised in Springfield. She has been at All Creatures since February of 2019. In her free time, she enjoy’s binge watching Netflix, Spending time with friend, and relaxing on the river. Anna has two dogs, Storm and Lambea, a cat named skittles, and two guinea pigs, Rosie and Mrs.Piggy.

Michelle was born and raised here in Springfield. She is a mother of 8, and a grandmother of 9. Michelle has two dogs and two cats. In her free time she loves to read and sew.
